Hear ye, Hear ye, it's a DIYgravel Wrap Up and Release of Round Two!

Before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s first take a moment to thank everyone who joined the first round last week with DIYgravel—Rasputitsa. Over 1,300 submissions came in among more than 750 of you hard chargers! Even assuming everyone rode the 44 mile short course — which I can confirm is not the case — that’s more than 57,000 miles collectively ridden in just one week. That’s why you’re DIYers, you know how to get it done!

You’re doing it so well, in fact, that Velonews caught wind of it and wrote a pretty sweet story about it. Check that out here.

Here’s a video of how my April 18 went down. As always Ansel Dickey is the man at the helm behind the camera and he really captured the day. It’s hard to get a bit level of stoke from a single person on screen, but geezum crow, I think he did it. If you like it, please feel free to share this so we can make DIYgravel 10x what it is now!

A quick wrap-up to last week’s session with some amazing prizes up for grabs. We have just awarded our randomly selected winners with Zipp XLPR handlebars, a custom set of ROKA’s new Matador sunglasses, any set of tires by Rene Herse, a $200 gift card from Velocio, a sweet couple of Sample Packs from UnTapped, and a mountain of swag from Saris, SRAM, inGamba, and Rasputitsa itself. Thanks to you all for playing and thanks to these awesome sponsors for being part of DIYgravel.
