Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I’ve frozen myself more than twice out on winter bike rides here in New England. But each time I learn something new about what to wear, how to prepare, how to set up my food and drink and nutrition so that the next time I’m a bit more prepared for the next time around.

Having called the northeast home for nearly my entire career, I have literally decades of experience, I’m now at the point that I have some insight to share and think you’ll learn a thing or two.
